Think it through.Build it.Move it forward.

I help SMBs and organizations automate their processes, connect their tools and put AI to work. I connect people, business needs and technology to turn an idea into a solution people use.

Tools. Processes. Connections.

I start with people and business needs. Then I choose and build the technology that makes sense.

From complexity to clarity

02 / Advisory

From concept to implementation.

Four practical ways I can help. In every engagement, I define the need, build the solution and support the team through adoption.

01

Automation and integrations

Connect your tools and remove repetitive work.

I look at how information moves between your people and your tools, then connect platforms and automate repetitive handoffs: Asana, Zoho, Google Workspace, Zapier, Zoho Flow, Apps Script, APIs and webhooks. I start from the tools you already use rather than imposing a platform.

WHAT YOU GAIN

Less double entry, fewer errors and clear processes the team makes its own.

02

AI prototypes and tools

Practical AI solutions, tested with your team.

I design and build AI-assisted tools for a specific need: a quoting tool, a data-informed estimate, an internal assistant or an agent connected to your systems. I work with Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, and I write the code needed to make the idea work.

WHAT YOU GAIN

A first usable tool, delivered quickly and improved with the people who use it.

03

Digital assessment and roadmap

Pick the right projects, in the right order.

Drawing on more than 15 engagements through the Canada Digital Adoption Program, I review your needs, tools and ways of working, then recommend priority projects and a realistic roadmap. I can also support implementation.

WHAT YOU GAIN

A clear view of priorities and an action plan that fits your reality and budget.

04

E-commerce and web performance

Sell online and get found, on Google and in AI answers.

Launching and optimizing online stores (Shopify, Adobe Commerce), SEO and GEO, Google Ads and analytics. I launched Groupe Marcelle’s first e-commerce business and opened its sales on Amazon.

WHAT YOU GAIN

A measurable online presence that supports your sales and business goals.

Étienne Laurent

See the whole picture. Build with people.

I’m a builder who sees the bigger picture. My background in e-commerce, product management, digital transformation and general management helps me understand business challenges while taking a hands-on role in delivery.

I can facilitate a workshop, map a process, configure a platform or develop a prototype. I enjoy making things work together and helping teams make the solution their own.

06 / FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What people usually ask me before a first engagement.

What kind of organizations do you work with?

Mostly SMBs and organizations in Québec, from a few employees to a few hundred. I work with leadership as well as operations, marketing and customer service teams.

How does a first engagement work?

We start with a 30-minute call, with no commitment, to understand your need. I then send a written proposal with scope, timeline and budget. Deliverables are built and tested with your team, step by step.

What are your rates?

They depend on the scope. Well-defined projects are offered at a fixed price; ongoing support is billed hourly or through a block of hours. You always get a clear estimate before we start.

Do we need to change our tools?

No. I start from the tools you already use and only recommend a change when it meets a real business need. Business needs come before platforms.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. I’m based in Montréal and can meet on site in the area when needed. Much of the work can be done remotely, in French or English.

Do you work with agencies or IT teams?

Yes. I can complement an internal team, an agency or an IT provider, for example to frame a project, bridge business needs and technology, or take on the automation work.
